All orders require approval. Items are reserved until your ship date, and you’ll be invoiced when your order is ready to ship.
For pre-sale items, please select a delivery date on or after the latest pre-sale availability date in your order.
If you'd like immediate delivery styles to ship right away, please place them on a separate order.
If you'd prefer to receive your pre-sale and immediate delivery styles together, you can include them in the same order. All items will ship together once the pre-sale styles are available.
